The End

Hi all, after 18 months of comics, I’m putting an end to pleasepress3. This doesn’t mean that i have stopped comicing all together. Far from it.

I started pleasepress3 to get some comics drawn, get better at drawing, get better at writing, and get used to putting something out there. I used pleasepress3 to try out different techniques i had learned, and as a way to practise.

I want move my focus away from learning and self improvement, and concentrate on creating the best comic i can.

I know that sounds a bit obvious, but up until a couple of months ago, simply getting a comic out and getting a drawing done was my main focus. The idea or concept (while important) was secondary.

I am now working on some new ideas  and will be looking to launch a brand new comic. Exactly when that will be i’m not sure, but i will keep you up to date here in the blog section, and over on my personal blog leighgittoes.com

Bonus comic

Because i have been so slack with updates the last couple of weeks, ill be drawing a bonus comic for Tuesday. Tell me what scares you by commenting either here or on the lastest Things That Scare Me comic and ill draw them for Tuesdays comic.

Return of tha Yardfather

Thanks everyone for your patience over the last 2 weeks. You would have read a few re-runs and a swag of guest comics by Kolos the Jackal which really impressed (thanks mate).

Today I pick up my new scanner, so I’m all set for a steady return.

Don’t forget that now I’m in the UK – Comics will be posted at 12am (midnight) Monday Wednesday and Friday, which means 11am for Australian readers.

i am moving from australia to the UK. flying out today.
i hope to have new comics back up on monday.

For all australian readers, you will notice a change in the time new comics are posted, as australia is 10hours ahead of the uk.
